~Train with efficiency; not deficiency~

Adam began his athletic career playing football, basketball, and soccer as a child. He continued to play these sports throughout high school, while also competing in track & field. Adam began strength training and bodybuilding nearly 20 years ago. In 1998, he started training in mixed martial arts (MMA) consisting of Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Jeet Kune Do, and Kali/Eskrima. Adam competed in MMA for several years, including various tournaments and fights. He won 1st place at the North American Grappling Association (NAGA) Battle at the Beach. One of Adam’s finest accomplishments in MMA came in 2002 when he won the NAGA National Championship tournament.

Although some injuries steered him out of the MMA competition circuit, he still continues training to refine his skills. Adam has always maintained an elite fitness level with a competitive edge since he began exercising, never wavering in his training regimen. In 2012, he decided to further challenge himself by becoming a competitive Triathlete. Adam completed his first Triathlon after only 3 months of training, going on to compete in several Olympic-distance races and IRONMAN 70.3 competitions in 2013-2016. In 2014, Adam finished IRONMAN Lake Placid with a time of 12:27 in his first attempt at the event. Additionally, Adam’s performance in Triathlon has qualified him for the USA Triathlon (USAT) National Championships in each of the last 5 consecutive years (2012-2016). Furthermore, he just recently qualified for the 2017 International Triathlon Union (ITU) World Championships!
